Platform migration fails when a business treats the move as a technical project only. The actual exposure usually sits in hidden dependency, weak rollback planning, incomplete data mapping, authentication issues, poor integration parity, or low operating capacity during cutover. This sheet brings those points into view before spend, launch timing, and customer commitments make the decision harder to reverse.

- Support, operations, finance, and engineering often absorb the highest disruption load during the first live week.
